This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to work for a very successful organisation based in central London. This is a Part-time Company Secretarial Assistant role perfect for someone to take that step up within their Company Secretary career.
You will be required to assist and support the Deputy Company Secretary in the provision of company secretarial services throughout the company. You will be a fully qualified Chartered Secretary with experience in minuting board meetings.
Your main responsibilities would include:
- Assist the Deputy Company Secretary with the maintenance of the corporate registers of 170+ Group entities
- Provide administrative support to the Deputy Company Secretary with corporate transactions in the UK and internationally including incorporations, dissolutions and restructurings.
- Collating 'Know Your Client' information for Group Treasury and statutory accounts audit documentation for Group Finance.
Skills and experience required include:
-ICSA qualified
-Good skills using Blueprint
-Excellent project management skills
-Good commercial acumen
