Can you confidently provide vital board and committee support for globally recognised pharmaceutical conglomerate with a proven track record of success?

A leading listed organisation is looking for a Company Secretarial Assistant who can provide a range of governance support within a listed space and who has great interpersonal skills. You will need the ability to work in a high-pressure environment and actively execute process improvements while implementing accuracy and integrity to general administrative duties.

You will gain valuable exposure to a variety of key company secretarial responsibilities such as:
-Provision of guidance to directors
-Supporting board and committee meeting processes by arranging meetings, preparing and distributing papers, and taking minutes where required
-Provide advice on corporate governance and regulatory matters to key stakeholders in the business.
-Provide vital governance support for domestic and international subsidiaries.
-Undertake a range of ad hoc projects in order to ensure that the integrity of the Group company information is maintained or support departmental objectives.

You will join a tight-knit successful team. You will be reporting directly to the GC Company Secretary and will have senior exposure from an early stage.

As well as working with a great team, you will be working in a well-presented city office in the heart of London, with excellent tube and rail links.
