Job Description
Your main responsibilities would include:
*Supporting board and board committee meetings by assisting with preparation and distribution of board and committee papers, organising meetings and assisting with preparation of template minutes and preparing minutes for signature.
*Supporting compliance with the AIM listing rules and legislation applicable to listed company status.
*Keeping up to date and knowledgeable on legal and compliance matters relevant to our business and listed company status.
*Assisting with compliance with data protection regulations, for example assisting with preparation of responses to subject access requests.
Skills and experience required include:
*Report writing and minute taking experience
*IT Literate including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
*Excellent organisational skills.
*6-12 months company secretarial/paralegal experience
