Job Description

We are currently working on a Company Secretarial Assistant role within a well-respected organisation situated on the Lloyds of London market. Our client is looking for an ambitious and dedicated individual with at least 12 months company secretarial experience, ideally in financial services.

Your main responsibilities would include:

*The coordination of meeting packs for Board and Committee meetings.
*The administration of the Board and Committee meeting calendar.
*Assisting the Company Secretary with project support roles when required.
*Filing and maintenance of administrative Company Secretarial registers.
*Meeting management for and administration of all Boards, Committees and Working Groups.

Skills and experience required include:

*Degree level educated
*At least 12 months company secretarial experience
*Able to manage and deliver assigned projects on time through planning and organisation.
*Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
