Job Description

Can you confidently provide board support for an award-winning investment service with one of the UK's largest and longest running financial schemes?

A central London financial institution is looking for a Company Secretarial Assistant who can provide a range of governance support within a regulated space and who has great interpersonal skills. You will need the ability to work in a high-pressure setting and perform process improvements while executing accuracy and integrity to general administrative duties.

The client is looking for someone who:

* Has obtained or at least working towards the achievement of ICSA qualification or has the relevant work experience in a similar field.
* Demonstrates outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build constructive relationships with a variety of people at all levels.
* Has experience of working in an environment with formal constitutional and procedural arrangements while being able to recognise and implement complex and sensitive issues and deal with them appropriately.
* Is a strong co-operative team player but with capability to work independently and use resourcefulness.

You will be working with a welcoming and supportive team with great educational assistance. You will be reporting directly to the Group Secretary and will have senior exposure from an early stage.

As well as working with a great team, you will be working in a well-presented office in the city of London, with exceptional tube and rail links.
