Job Description

Can you confidently provide board support for an internationally recognised asset management company with proven success and stability?

A leading Central London financial services firm is looking for a Company Secretarial Assistant who can provide a range of governance support within a regulated space and who has great interpersonal skills. You will need the ability to work in a high-pressure environment and actively execute process improvements while implementing accuracy and integrity to general administrative duties.

The client is looking for someone who:

- Has completed or at least working towards the achievement of ICSA qualification or has the relevant work experience in a similar field.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build effective relationships.
- Possesses outstanding time management and organisation skills while being able to prioritise workloads.
- Displays reliance in the face of adversity.

You will be working with a friendly and supportive team with great support networks and educational assistance. You will be reporting directly to General Counsel and Company Secretary and will have senior exposure from an early stage.

As well as working with a great team, you will be working in a well-presented city office in the heart of London, with excellent tube and rail links.
