Job Description

This top tier accountancy firm requires a Company Secretarial Assistant to be part of this highly successful secretariat.

The Role

Responsibilities of the team
*Providing full entity lifecycle company secretarial services from incorporation to dissolution using Blueprint software
*Day-to-day company secretarial services including officer appointments, resignations, changes of registered address and change of accounting reference date.
*Preparation of Confirmation Statements.
*Managing a portfolio of clients to a good technical level, meeting all deadlines.
*Setting up and maintaining electronic statutory registers from incorporation
*Issuing share certificates
*On-boarding new work - engagement, money laundering, setting up registers, communicating with client, recording agreed fee and identifying persons with significant control

Person Skills and Qualifications

*ICSA qualified or studying towards or a law degree
*Experience of working in a professional services environment
*Confident communicator at all levels both verbal and non-verbal
*Disciplined and organised with attention to detail
Self- motivated and able to work on own initiative
Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Digita, experience of Blueprint software desirable
