Job Description

An opportunity to join a developing and impressive FTSE100 team, our client is seeking a confident and driven Company Secretarial Assistant with prior experience within a Plc and a working knowledge of share plans.

Key Responsibilities

*Assist with the maintenance of the Corporate Governance framework
*Provision of Company Secretarial advice and assist the team in queries from the Group, stakeholders and colleagues
*Assist with compliance- company's listing, disclosure and reporting requirements
*Assist with subsidiary governance, including filing of confirmation statements, preparation of minutes and arranging for the approval, filing and review of financial statements;
*Assist with implementation of the Share Dealing Code, maintain the list of insiders/projects/NDAs through Insidertrack and manage permission to deal requests
*Assist with the Annual General Meeting;
*Share Plan Administration
*Draft minutes (when required)
*Be the first point of contact for queries from colleagues and the share plans administrator on share plans.
*Ad hoc projects as required.

Required Skills

*ICSA newly or part qualified
*Experience using Blueprint, Diligent and Insidertrack
*Good Communication, problem solving and technical skills
*Knowledge of share plans, disclosure and transparency disclosure requirements
*Subsidiary companies experience and good working knowledge of the Companies Act 2006
*Effective communicator at all levels of the organisation and with other stakeholders;
*Professional, detail orientated and organised.
