The UK practice is made up of more than 60 corporate secretarial professionals who provide a range of governance, transactional support and compliance services to clients in over 100 jurisdictions.

This firm is looking for a Company Secretarial Assistant to join their fast growing and ambitious Corporate Secretarial Services practice. You will be based in London working as part of a high calibre team responsible for delivering an extensive range of corporate secretarial and governance services.
You will be based in the UK Corporate Secretarial Services team. They are looking for candidates who will bring enthusiasm, energy and flexibility to make the most of the opportunities we are able to offer.

The Role
As a Company Secretarial Assistant, you will have an important role to play in delivering corporate secretarial services to our key clients. The role is broad in scope and will include:
*Providing administrative support to Board and Committee meetings, including preparing Board packs using Diligent
*Preparation and filing of forms with the Registrar of Companies and reviewing and updating statutory books and Blueprint OneWorld

*Co-ordinating issuance of Power of Attorneys, maintenance of the Power of Attorney register and Notary requests
*Co-ordination of the accounts approval process
*Ad hoc requests and administrative matters (authorised signatory requests, Board extracts, secretary certificates, auditor requests, providing company secretarial information for KYC requests etc.)
*Ad hoc requests and support for the London team
Skills and experience:
*Degree, ideally in Law/Business Studies, although this is not essential
*Have confidence in dealing with and communicating effectively with key stakeholders of all levels
*Able to demonstrate the delivery of excellent client care
*Be flexible, enthusiastic and have ability to work well as part of a team
*Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft packages
*Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
*The ability to multi-task
