DMJ are currently working with a well-established and dynamic law firm to recruit a Company Secretarial Administrator based in their office in London. This international firm is well-respected in the market and would be an ideal role for any individual looking to start their company secretarial career.

Our client is looking for individuals with enthusiasm, and who are dedicated to developing in their company secretarial career. This role is broad in scope and will allow for vast amounts of development and exposure in a highly professional environment.

Your main responsibilities would include:

*Arranging Board and Committee meetings;
*Preparing meeting packs using company secretarial software;
*Collating and sending monthly management information packs to regulatory bodies;
*Preparing extract board minutes and certificates;
*Supporting members of the team with administrative tasks such as meeting room bookings.
