Job Description

Part-time Company Secretarial Administrator required on a 2/3 day basis with a global Technology Company.

This role will support the Company Secretarial Manager in developing the company secretarial function across the European companies.

There is excellent scope for developing core company secretarial skills within a supportive environment. The employer is flexible with regards to the work schedule in which the successful candidate will work, however they have identified a current requirement of only 20-25 hours/week.

This position will appeal to candidates with external commitments and who are looking to either commence or develop further their key company secretarial skills.

Legal, administrative or company secretarial backgrounds preferred.
