Job Description

This organisation requires an experienced Company Formations and Company Secretarial Manager. This is an opportunity in a growing, fast paced and dynamic legal Information business, which develops and implements products for a variety of top 100 global lawyers, both in the UK and internationally.
Diligent, with an eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines, you will have a passion for providing fantastic customer service.

Experience required:
Extensive UK company formations experience together with company secretarial experience
Membership of the ICSA is preferred, however experience will be considered
Your main responsibilities will include;
Management of a Formations Assistant
Development of the department and associated systems and procedures
To be the Deputy Money Laundering Officer
Ensure the department Is compliant with AML procedures and requirements
To execute the formation of a range of UK company types
Respond in a timely and accurate manner to all formation/cosec queries
To undertake general office duties as required
The preparation of information products for the Company Formation Department
Ensure that reports are produced in accordance with the exact requirements of the client and also meet their timescales
The timely production, completion and dispatch of other work as required

Specific responsibilities will include;
*All actions are linked to the promotion and support of the company's vision and values
*Processing of client's requests in accordance with the laid down procedure
*Preparation of computer generated invoices
*Accurate and timely monitoring and completion of departmental control records
*Provide the Sales team with relevant information concerning new and potential clients
*To actively support all other departments within the Company as required
