Job Description

Commercial / Financial Services Dispute Resolution Associate sought to join a highly regarded law firm in Dubai, to undertake a broad range of commercial / FS litigation and arbitration work, for a diverse spectrum of clients.

The firm has an excellent reputation and track-record, including success in complex cases against large financial institutions and corporations, that they are referred from the global firms for conflicts reasons.

The role would involve working closely with a lead partners, who have been working the region for many years in relation to playing a key role in relation to litigation in the DIFC courts, or English High Court, along with arbitrations in the various forums. As a small team you will hands on in relation to assisting on larger matters, running smaller files and actively involved with clients.

The firm is interested an England & Wales qualified solicitor, with commercial litigation and arbitration experience gained at a legal directories ranked firms. There is flexibility around PQE levels, as there interested in not only the experience, but finding the right personality and cultural fit. On that basis litigators at UK ranked disputes law firms interested in relocating to Dubai are invited to get in touch.
