Job Description

This leading UK firm are seeking a Commercial Litigation solicitor between 2-6PQE to join their Tier 1 disputes practice. Litigation is one of the firm's key practice areas, sitting at the forefront of their offering and regularly winning clients for the business.

Due to the high levels of activity within the practice, the firm is seeking a mid-level member of the team to work on a broad variety of cases including commercial, fraud, corporate crime and insolvency disputes. These will be resolved in the High Court and above as well as through mediation, arbitration and other alternative forms of dispute resolution.

You will be given access to complex and high-quality cases, assisting partners on high value disputes whilst being given the responsibility to run your own caseload where appropriate. Partners will regularly be on hand to provide structured support whilst the practice has a genuinely collegiate atmosphere with roles infrequently arising in the team almost exclusively due to growth.

There will be opportunity to advise on High Court litigation, support partners in building and maintaining client relationships and work closely with specialist disputes partners where appropriate. Previous experience from a leading City, US or national firm is a necessary prerequisite given the standing of the team.
