Job Description

One of the world's leading International Law Firms is keen to hire a Commercial Rail Senior Associate for its ambitious, motivated and growing team.

This Firm is renowned for its innovative and modern culture, and handles some of the largest clients in the world. As part of the Commercial Practice Group, the Rail Team specialises in Transport Projects (bus and rail). The Rail Team has extensive experience advising on complex rail infrastructure projects (Brown and Green field railways) in the UK and International markets.

You will:

* Advise on PPP structures for railway projects in Asia, North America and the Middle East;
* Assist Government Authorities in the development and implementation of procurement structures for the competitive tendering of rail projects;
* Advise private sector clients on rail and rail related matters including advising on tenders to design, build, finance, operate and maintain complex rail infrastructure projects; and
* Advise on the procurement of Rolling Stock (including trams) and associated maintenance and technical and spares supply agreements.
