I am currently working with a globally recognised leading retail bank, who are looking for a Board Support specialist.

You will have the responsibility to:

-Provide organisational and administrative support to the Board Support team, in particular, proactive assistance in the administration for Board and Board Committee meetings.

-Maintain involvement with all aspects of Board Support Team work to ensure that effective support is provided to other team members when priorities change or at times of peak workload, to support seamless provision of excellent services to all stakeholders.

-Actively liaise closely with other members of the team / wider business area for a consistent and co-ordinated approach.

-Support the Board Secretary in all logistic aspects of meetings; preparing strong draft Board minutes; management of actions from Board meetings in a timely manner until completion; and independent preparation of Regulator and Due Diligence materials on time and to the requisite standard.

-Support the Board Secretary in drafting the Board Chair's Report, undertaking analysis of the Board statistics and data, and marking updates for the Annual Report and Accounts.

You will join a tight-knit, successful team. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Board Support and will facilitate regular communications with Board directors and co-ordinate the compliance of meetings between new internal Directors and external regulators, auditors and legal advisers.

As well as working with a great team, you will be working in a well-presented city office in the heart of London, with excellent tube and rail links.
