Job Description

Blueprint & Technical Specialist - initial 6-month contract

London/Flexible
£75,000
January Start ideal

The role:
*Deliver the Blueprint strategy, including infrastructure and stakeholder/business alignment.
*Ensure quality of data within Blueprint, under the respective ORF processes.
*Assist the GCS Sub-domain owner, under the Data Quality Management Framework, in fulfilling their responsibilities in connection with data attributes maintained in Blueprint.
*Collaborate with data users, owners and stewards to understand their data needs and sources to deliver Group-wide efficiencies and help prevent the creation of "silos" of corporate statutory data.
*Drive the development and effective utilisation of the system in order to improve underlying processes which rely on Blueprint information.
*Manage and oversee the process by which system data is actively maintained and verified.
*Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the business/functions which are end users of Blueprint information.
*Ensure compliance with the Group's End User Computing ("EUC") policy, Group Third Party Risk Management policy and Data Management policy in relation to Blueprint.
*Act as the Blueprint Contract owners and undertake the contract owner responsibilities as set out in the relevant Group policies

Key experience:
*Good company secretarial experience and knowledge in a global organisation.
*Expert knowledge of Diligent Entities (Blueprint).
*Understanding of risk management techniques and frameworks.
*Proven ability to manage projects, negotiations and relationships, including with external advisors and third parties.
*Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
*Strong influencing skills including excellent stakeholder management skills
*Possess a flexible and collegiate approach with the ability to contribute to teamwork enhancement
*Proven excellent organisational and forward planning skills are essential
