Job Description

Banking & finance associate solicitor 1 - 2 pqe sought by an elite US headquartered law firm to join its banking practice in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance lawyer to join a market-leading banking practice at a highly regarded global firm.

The role will involve advising both lenders and borrowers on a broad range of banking and finance transactions, from leveraged / acquisition finance transactions, corporate lending, real estate finance, project finance etc. The role will involve working closely with the partners and team in Dubai, as well with the wider global network.

The firm is interested in Common Law qualified solicitors with c.1 - 2 years' PQE + who are currently working at a leading Legal 500 law firm / Finance practice based in Dubai / the Middle East, London, Sydney, Hong Kong and keen to take their career to the next level.
