Our Client, based in the City of London and several locations across the UK, is an innovative, new-model Commercial Law Firm, pioneering the way Lawyers work and provide services to their clients.

The practice consists of 80+ lawyers, between them carrying out a full range of commercial and private client legal services, going from strength to strength, with their main office now occupying a prime location in Central London.

The firm was established and is managed by lawyers in tune with the wants and needs of the modern legal profession and as such have a practice that has adapted accordingly since its inception in 2009. Priding themselves on quality rather than quantity, their members come from a variety of backgrounds, including large City firms, national practices, West End and niche law firms.

Remuneration is based on a very generous fee sharing package, starting at 70%, with the potential to earn as much as 80%. Full support is offered at no extra cost to the individual consultant, which includes:

*Office/desk space as and when required
*Modern IT Infrastructure
*Flexible working - work from any location, at any time
*Office support

Whilst a flare for business development/marketing and an initial book of business or following is a necessity, it should be noted that due to the structure of the business and the way in which the members co-operate and work with each other on a collegiate basis, business has naturally flowed internally, with over 40% of all billed work coming from internal referrals between lawyers - which is also generously rewarded.

As well as hiring individual lawyers, our client has successfully taken law firms into their practice, with various options available in relation to succession related issues, including assistance with insurance run off costs.
