General Responsibilities:
* Attending board and committee meetings
* Liaising with Company Directors and corresponding with share registrars
* Efficient use of Blueprint
* General MAR and AIM compliance duties
* The management and training of junior team members
Key Skills:
* ICSA qualified
* Previous experience in either a PLC or professional services role
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* People management experience
