The Nuclear Decommissioning Authority are looking for a personable, capable and hands-on applicant to join their governance team as an Assistant Company Secretary.

The Assistant Company Secretary role is an incredibly varied position. The Assistant Company Secretary would be responsible for providing governance and expertise to subsidiary companies.

These companies fall under a huge umbrella of different businesses, offering the chance to interact with a breath of varied companies. This role would report into the head of governance, who requires someone who would be able to fit seamlessly into the new team whilst being able to work independently.

An ideal candidate for this role would be able to build on their pre-existing Company Secretary experience to further develop their skills whilst undertaking a range of duties, such as taking Minutes, creating reports, and completing briefings. Experience in the public sector would also be a benefit.

Within the role, there is also the opportunity for regular travel to regional offices and sites around the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to travel but for those who are settled the company offers and excellent relocation package.
