Are you a Company Secretarial professional looking for an exciting new role with a prestigious and reputable organisation in the heart of the city?
An award-winning real estate corporation is seeking an Assistant Company Secretary for a newly created role within their corporate secretarial team. With a great working culture and fantastic opportunities for senior broad exposure and variety, they are seeking a confident individual with an adaptable skill set that can bring prior board level and minuting expertise.
This role with report directly into the Director of Corporate Services and you will be working closely with the company's CEO as a trusted governance advisor.

Key Responsibilities
* Attending regular trustee and board meetings producing detailed, accurate and timely minutes to a high standard.
* Support in the efficient production and distribution of meeting packs and other papers for board approval.
* Manage the company secretarial reporting for all company entities, maintain the company books and records and assist with all general compliance matters.
* General support and assistance across the corporate team
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with the team and employees at all levels of seniority.

Key Skills
* Previous experience attending and minuting board level meetings
* Experience working in a company secretarial role within a private company
* ICSA qualification preferred
* Attention to detail and a high level and style of written English
* Highly organised and excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritise and a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
* Ability to work well under pressure and manage your time effectively.
