Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join DMJ as an Administrative Co-ordinator.

This opportunity for an individual to play a key part in the business and support the Company Secretarial team desk. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will have access to high quality work. As an Administrative Co-ordinator at DMJ you will continue to develop your current skills within a supportive environment and further your career.

All our teams work collaboratively to share market knowledge and ensure a high-quality service for all our clients and candidates.


About the Role

You will be part of the Company Secretarial team supporting 5 Recruitment Consultants and 1 Director. You will assist with a variety of business critical matters including market mapping, writing adverts, CV processing, data management and events co-ordination. 

About You

We are looking for individuals with previous administrative experience or those looking for their first role in a past paced environment. Ideally you will also be able to demonstrate a strong track record of organisation, relationship building and teamwork.

The successful candidate will have:
