The Business

With an in-house legal function extending across Europe and products distributed across the US, EMEA, LATAM and APAC, this business is undergoing massive growth and seeking an experienced M&A lawyer to help fuel their consistent business development.

The Role

In this role, the successful candidate will be working with a high-performing M&A legal team on a range of corporate transactions, with an emphasis on life sciences. You will have the chance to work on deals with a global reach, as well as the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders.

You - the Ideal Candidate

We’re seeking an ambitious, professional and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join this legal team. Ideally, you’ll have at least 6-10 years of PQE and experience in life sciences transactions. You’ll have a strong understanding of the legal and regulatory environment for life sciences, and a keen eye for detail. You’ll also have excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
