Real Estate Solicitor 2 – 5 PQE
I am working with a west end firm who are looking to supplement their real estate team with a mid level hire.
They do a broad variety of work including acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, development work both commercial and residential, property finance and restructuring including bridging, mezzanine and development,
option agreements and conditional contracts, landlord & tenant work as well as assignments, renewals and negotiation of new leases.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen on broadening their practice, manage their own caseload and be part of an open, inclusive and collaborative team.
