I am working with an excellent firm who are looking to make an additional hire into their non-contentious construction department.
The work they do involves advising on all aspects of construction matters including procurement, drafting and negotiation of building and engineering contracts, consultancy appointments and related agreements.
They advise a broad range of clients on real estate and development portfolios on matters relating to mixed-use extensions and significant domestic redevelopments.
