Embark on a pivotal role within a dynamic team as a Company Secretarial Assistant, situated in the heart of Victoria, London. This six-month fixed-term contract offers the chance to enhance professional skills within a vibrant corporate environment.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining Diligent company records and structure charts for entities worldwide
  • Working with the Group Company Secretary and outsourced suppliers to ensure compliance with all statutory filings, including confirmation statements and annual returns
  • Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment, and supporting the Group Company Secretary to ensure changes in legislation are implemented in a timely and appropriate fashion within the organisation.

Candidates must possess exemplary organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A background in corporate governance or experience within a similar role would be highly advantageous. Familiarity with the Companies Act and other regulatory frameworks is expected, alongside proficiency in using Microsoft Office and company secretarial software.

Excellent communication skills are essential, as the role involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion is paramount in this position.
