We have been instructed on a unique opportunity to move in-house to a global pharmaceutical business as an employment lawyer within their compliance team.
You will be a private practice trained employment lawyer, with a background working with pharmaceutical clients, or coming directly from in-house and have experience conducting investigations into international employment issues across the business.
The day to day will involve:
· Leading global cases, including coordinating support from designated local or functional investigators
· Investigations into alleged violations of external law or regulation
· Overseeing the management of bullying / harassment / discrimination cases reported through the Company’s anonymous reporting line
· Working with colleagues in Global Sustainability, Legal, ER/HR and/or relevant business units.
