NQ – 7PQE – Corporate Law

An award winning, international law firm is seeking a driven junior solicitor for their growing Public Markets practice.

You will be working in an elite, high performing team. You will be responsible for dealing in all aspects of public markets work. Crucially, you will be tasked with providing guidance on shareholder activism, private M&A and equity capital markets. The successful candidates will also be working closely with clients providing corporate governance advice.

This role presents the opportunity for a skilled corporate lawyer to work for highly ranked firm, whilst working with some of the largest financial institutions, asset managers, investment funds and other businesses.
