A top Legal500-rated Corporate Insurance team, specializing in M&A, private equity and reinsurance are looking to hire into their growing team.

The Role:

The firm are looking for a talented, transactions focussed Senior Associate with 5+ years of PQE experience in the (re)insurance sector.
Your experience to date will include some or all of the following:

M&A
Private equity investments
Lloyd\'s syndicate financings and managing agency arrangements
Renewal rights deals
Part VII transfers
Reinsurance transactions, including ADC, LPTs and RITCs

You will enjoy a no-hours based culture, a City salary, and highly flexible working, with associates typically in the office 1-2 times a week.
