A high-profile London firm is looking for an experienced associate to join their construction practice, with a focus on contentious matters.
The successful applicant will be able to take on a range of high-level work, from delay and disruption claims to terminations, final account disputes and payment claims. The work also covers a range of contracts, from NEC and JCT to multi-party working arrangements.
The role also offers the opportunity to develop crucial working relationships with a sophisticated client base, ranging from employers and contractors to property owners and developers.
The team has an excellent reputation in the market for their work on large-scale infrastructure in the UK as well as international projects across multiple jurisdictions.
The firm is accepting applications from those with at least two years post-qualification contentious construction experience, either from a city or large regional team. A consistently strong academic background is also desired.
