A high-profile city law firm is looking for an experienced associate to join their core construction team, with a sole focus on contentious matters.
The successful associate will be able to take on a range of top work across the practice, from defects and bond claims to NEC suits, professional negligence and contract determination.
The team works throughout the construction process from beginning to completion and has an excellent reputation in the market. As such, you will be able to develop key working relationships with a sophisticated client base, ranging from specialist sub-contractors to developers and funder clients.
The firm is accepting applications from those with at least one year of post-qualification experience in construction law, including contentious experience. A consistent academic background is also desired.
