Superb opportunity exists for a fully qualified Cosec to take on a Managerial role The role reports to a Director within the London based team. The individual in post will take responsibility of service delivery for some of the UK Corporates and listed Funds.

Introduction:

The successful candidate will be providing support for service delivery to UK corporates and responsible for all aspects of Company Secretarial and Corporate Governance support including arrangements for board, committee and shareholder meetings, preparing and filing documentation in relation to regulatory compliance and statutory returns.

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Attend and minute board, committee and shareholder meetings, travelling to client locations as required.
  • Draft board papers, assemble board packs and ensure distribution to client boards. Maintain accurate and up to date records of client entities, ensuring all statutory obligations are complied with
  • Keep clients’ records up to date and ensure all statutory registers are maintained
  • Adhere to Risk & Associate Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation
  • Adhere to CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level and in-house procedures.
