As the cornerstone of the company's corporate governance framework, your role will be integral to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. You will be the lynchpin between the board of directors and the company's stakeholders, orchestrating the smooth operation of board processes, shareholder relations, and corporate compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess a meticulous attention to detail and a robust understanding of corporate governance and company law. A proven track record in a similar role within a listed company environment is highly desirable. Key responsibilities include:
