I’ve been instructed to assist in finding a Company Secretarial Professional for a leading professional services firm in the North West of England. The firm is renowned for its corporate governance and company secretarial services, supporting clients across a range of industries. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team.

As a Company Secretarial Professional, you will provide essential company secretarial services, ensuring clients comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
  •     Providing outsourced company secretarial advice and services to a designated client portfolio and as part of a team for strategically key clients
  •     Managing specific projects for clients, such as company eliminations, reconstitution of statutory books and registers, compliance reviews/audits
  •     Contributing to transactional support projects, working with top tier law firms, on major M&A transactions, IPOs, etc.
  •     Building and maintaining relationships with clients and intermediary law firms and demonstrating the highest standards of client care
You should have a solid background in company secretarial work, ideally at least 3 years within a professional services firm or corporate environment. Knowledge of UK company law and governance is essential, and an ICSA qualification is preferred.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a reputable firm that values professional growth and offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The role also offers flexibility in working arrangements.

If you’re an experienced Company Secretarial professional ready for a new challenge, please submit your CV and cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.
