DMJ are delighted to be partnering with a leading Housing Association in the South of England who are seeking two enthusiastic and motivated company secretarial assistants to join their team. This position offers the chance to contribute significantly to the smooth operation of sub-boards and committees, ensuring that their work has the impact it deserves in the community.


Key duties include:

  1. High quality company secretarial support to sub-boards and committees including meeting preparation, minute-taking and tracking actions and follow-ups
  2. Support the delivery of governance and assurance activities throughout the Group
  3. Ensure all administrative activities are completed to ensure high standards of governance


Knowledge and skills required

  1. Experience working in a regulated environment
  2. Strong administrative skills (essential)
  3. Proven experience of good quality minutes (essential)
  4. Knowledge of Blueprint and Diligent
