DMJ Recruitment, in association with The Chartered Governance Institute, initiated the first Governance Insight Days programme in 2016 in an effort to grow and cultivate the profile of the company secretarial profession amongst students and graduates. One could view DMJ as gardeners attempting to provide the governance profession and young governance enthusiasts with the opportunities they need to flourish.

Insight Days Attendee – 2019
Unfortunately, last season didn’t offer the proper growing conditions due to the pandemic and subsequent lockdown however, we have adapted. Our new format offers the same great experience in a convenient and safe environment. Attendees will still meet top-level members of their host organisation, experience common governance scenarios and have the opportunity to network with like-minded professionals. We’re offering a safer and more regulated environment akin to a grower’s greenhouse that allows young governance professionals to bloom regardless of outside conditions.

The UK is widely recognised as the leader in corporate governance and rightly so.
