Our client is a highly reputable International firm who are currently looking for a junior banking lawyer with at least 6 months PQE. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to gain a broad range of top quality, International, banking experience.
This banking team represent financial sponsors, corporate entities and financial institutions on a broad range of work including high end cross border finance as well as the financing of large projects and acquisitions.
Recent activity includes:
• Representing a private equity group on the restructuring on EUR969 million debt
• Advising a private cable network operator in relation to the refinancing and settlement of its secured debt
• Acted for an International bank in its GBP190 million financing of a property business
This firm has an excellent reputation and are looking for someone who is able to develop client relationships and who is keen to get involved in business developing and the marketing of the team. They are looking for someone who has excellent academics as well as at least 6 months PQE at a reputable banking team.
